This is an application for extension of time to comply with the judgment and order dated 19-11-2019. This application is moved by respondent no.2 in the Writ Petition No.4569/2017. 2.

This Court on 19-11-2019, allowed the Writ Petition No.4569/2017 and directed the respondent no.2-Scrutiny Committee to investigate the aspect of permanent residence of the forefathers of the petitioners in the State of Maharashtra prior to 1950 through Police Vigilance Cell and pass the appropriate orders within a period of three months from 19-11-2019. While remanding the matter the appointment of the petitioner in the college was protected.

Heard Shri Madiwale, the learned AGP for the respondent no.2 in Writ Petition who has moved this application. 4.

Shri A.P. Khadatkar, the learned Counsel for the original petitioner submits that he has instructions to make a statement on behalf of the original petitioner that the petitioner has no objection for extension of time to the Scrutiny Committee.

In that view of the matter, this application is allowed. Further 4 weeks time is granted to the respondent no.2 as per the judgment and order dated 19-11-2019.
