2] Though the same is opposed by the Mr.Kalwage, learned counsel for the respondent, considering the fact that the original appellant no.1 had passed away on 26.3.2021 due to Covid-19, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. 3] Office to register the appeal.

4] Mr. Kalwaghe, learned counsel waives notice for respondent on the Second Appeal.

5] List the Second Appeal for further consideration on 28.9.2022.

6] The interim order dated 13.7.2022 to continue till then.
