The offence punishable under Sections 498A and 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been registered against the applicants. Charge sheet has been filed and it is obvious that custody of these applicants is no longer required. As such, I am of the view that now these applicants could be released on bail. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that the applicants shall attend regularly the dates fixed by the Court in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditions disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
