The petitioner seek to raise grievance with respect to voters list pertaining to election of Chandrapur District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Chandrapur. Learned counsel for petitioner has made a statement on a query made by this Court that the petitioner has not raised any objection to the provisional voters list before the Election Officer. Perusal of Page No.102 in the petition indicates that the provisional voters list was to be published on 21.04.2025 and objections to the same were to be raised upto 30.04.2025. The objections were to be heard on 07.05.2025 and decided between 13.05.2025 to 14.05.2025. Admittedly, the petitioner has not raised any objection to the provisional voters list.
