Respondent No.6 - Janabai Wd/o Ravindra Raut expired on 28th December, 2020. The appellants got knowledge when pursis Stamp No.15/2021 is filed. Photocopy of the death certificate is annexed. It mentions the date of death as 28th December, 2020.

The Civil Application is allowed. The name of defendant No.6 be deleted and names of her legal representatives mentioned in the application be allowed. 3.

Learned Advocate Ms. R.D. Raskar, who was earlier representing respondent No.6, waives notice. She is at liberty to file power on the next date.

The respondents want withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellants as per order passed on 3rd

17.SA 143.2017 September, 2018 when the Appellate Court's decree was stayed. The appellants was directed to deposit the amount. The appellants are granted two weeks time to file reply to this application.

Heard both the sides. On account of the respondent No.1 being senior citizen, this application is filed. It is allowed. The hearing is expedited.
