The relief claimed in this petition is in the nature of money decree for releasing of an amount of grant-in-aid of Rs.5,46,52,330/- with interest since 2012-13 till realization. The petitioner has got an alternate remedy of filing a Civil Suit for this purpose. Disputed questions of facts are involved. Hence, we do not find any reason to entertain this petition. The writ petition is dismissed. All questions raised in this petition are kept open.
