CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1553 OF 2021 When this application is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 submits that all the legal representatives of respondent No.5 are not stated in the application and that details of the remaining legal representatives have been handed over in the Court today, to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to amend the present application to add Prity

2 / 2 23-wp825.2021 the names of remaining legal representative as communicated by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 and that the application may be allowed in the interest of justice.

In view of the above, leave granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to forthwith amend the application, so as to add the name of widow of deceased respondent No.5 to the already stated legal representatives.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, legal representatives of respondent No.5 are permitted to be brought on record.

Mr.Kavimandan, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of aforesaid legal representatives of respondent No.5. Vakalatnama will be filed within two weeks from today.
