The non-compliance of the directions in the order dated 21.08.2019 is alleged in this petition. 3.

In the aforesaid order the respondents were directed to release the salary of the petitioners for a period of 71 days within a period of six months from the date of order, failing which the amount shall carry interest @18% per annum.

Both parties are at consensus that the aforesaid directions have been complied with by the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioners however submits that the petitioners have grievance that the respondents have failed to pay the amount of interest from the due date.

In our considered view, the directions in the aforesaid order have been duly complied with. If the petitioners still have any grievance, it is always open for them to challenge the same in an appropriate proceedings. 7.

The petition stands disposed of.
