By this writ petition, the petitioner had challenged the order of transfer, dated 13/05/2016, transferring the petitioner from Zilla Parishad School, Moha to Zilla Parishad School, Hatola within Panchayat Samiti Yavatmal.

It is stated on behalf of the parties that during the pendency of the writ petition, the State Government has decided to cancel the transfer orders and effect the transfers after following the guidelines. It is stated that in view of the communication, dated 23/06/2016 addressed by the Secretary, State Government to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
