Heard learned counsel Shri M.L.Vairagade for applicants.

Applicants preferred writ petition before this Court. When this writ petition was on stamp, applicants did not remove office objections. Therefore, vide order dated 26.2.2018 Registrar (J) passed order and thereby the stamp of the writ petition was cancelled. Against the said, applicants have filed an application for revision challenging order of the Registrar. The said revision was barred by limitation. Therefore, application for condonation of delay is also filed.

Both these applications are affirmed by Advocate Shri Mahendra Vairagade himself. He has furnished reasons in both these applications. Since the writ petition was on stamp, no prejudice will be caused to non-applicant Nos.3 and 4 if applications are allowed.

For the reasons stated, application for condonation .....2/-

cao1244.18 3 of delay is allowed. The delay is condoned. Revision application is allowed. The order of Registrar is hereby quashed and set aside. The writ petition stamp is restored to its original file. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicants to remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today. 6.

Both applications are disposed of.
