Dated : 15 th June, 2018 This application is for speaking to minutes to incorporate the name of Shri M.J. Khan as the Additional Public Prosecutor, who appeared and argued the matter before us when it was closed for judgment.

We find that earlier the matter was heard at length when Shri J.Y. Ghurde, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, argued the matter, but due to sudden change in the roster, the

1506appa533.18.odt matter was treated as de-partheard. Subsequently, when the matter was heard, Shri M.J. Khan, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appeared before us and argued the matter. In view of above, the names of both the learned counsels can be added in the judgment as the Additional Public Prosecutors appearing for the State.

Accordingly, the correction be carried out in the judgment delivered in all the appeals.

The criminal application stands disposed of.
