CORAM : MANISH PITALE, J.
DATED : AUGUST 01, 2019 After arguing the present application for some time and when this Court was inclined to reject the present application, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the same.
Hence, dismissed as withdrawn.
The learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that charge in the present case was framed as far back in May, 2018. It is submitted that thereafter there has been no progress in the matter and witness summons were very recently issued on 26/07/2019, by the Trial Court. It is unfortunate that after framing of charge in May, 2018, there has been no significant progress in the trial. In these circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings in the present case and to complete the trial and to render Judgment within a period of ten months from today. The reply handed over by the learned APP is taken on record.
