Heard Advocate Shri Agrawal holding for Advocate Shri P.B. Patil for the petitioner and Advocate Shri Kavimandan holding for Advocate Shri R.L. Khapre for the respondent no.4. Nobody appears for the respondent nos.1 to 3 as also respondent no.5.

During the course hearing, we find that the petitioner has received her arrears of salary as per the interim orders of this Court dated 23.2.1999. Insofar as claim for promotion is concerned, the petitioner was terminated later on and that termination has not been questioned.

We, therefore, accept the contention of Advocate Shri Kavimandan that the petition is rendered infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Rule is discharged. No costs.
