After matter was heard for some time, it was found that map of the site, which is relevant and necessary for adjudication of the matter, is not placed on record. The learned Advocates for the parties submit that map of the site is part of the record of subordinate authorities. I am unable to understand the controversy in the absence of the map.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition. The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
