ATED : 25th November, 2020 Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. Permission is granted. At the same time, Mr Upadhyay, learned counsel for respondent seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 75,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court. Permission is granted. Criminal Application is allowed.

Both the parties submit that they are ready to argue the main application bearing No.E-195/2020 pending before the Family Court, Nagpur. The learned Family Court shall endeavour to dispose of the matter as early as possible. Both the parties submit that they would like to go for mediation before the Family Court. They are permitted to do so.

The instant petition as well as Application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
