DATE : 30/08/2022 The present application is filed for direction to the Registry to transfer the compensation amount deposited before this Court to the Reference Court. It is contended that the respondent No.5 is 80 years old and Narmadabai is 75 years old. So also, they are bed ridden. It would be convenient for verification, if the amount is transferred to Reference Court at Yavatmal. There is no impediment in transferring such amount. However, while disbursing the amount, the Registry of Yavatmal Court, Civil Judge Senior Division to see the order dated 26/11/2019 as well as order dated 20/01/2022.

Registry is directed to transfer the amount to the Registry of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C.

The Registry to forward the copy of order passed by this Court on 20/01/2022 so also order dated 26/11/2019.

The Registry of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal to verify the contents and if any Power of Attorney is placed on record, unless contents thereof are verified, the amount shall not be disbursed.
