The dispute pertains to the auction of the agricultural land for a period of one year i.e. 2019-20. The auction was conducted and the order passed under Section 41-A of the Bombay Public Trusts Act by the Charity Commissioner directing auction of the property is challenged in this petition.

The period of one year has lapsed and, we, therefore, find that the cause of action in the present petition does not at all survive. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. Obviously, interim orders passed by this Court stand vacated.
