2] Respondents 1 and 2 have deposited Rs.10,51,461/- by demand draft dated 06.12.2018. 3] However, a statement is made on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 that they intend to challenge the judgment and order of the School Tribunal in writ jurisdiction.

4] In order to enable respondents 1 and 2 to challenge the order of the School Tribunal and to seek interim order if so advised, it is directed that the amount deposited shall be withdrawn by the petitioner Sachin Paralkar only after expiry of one month.

5] The contempt petition is disposed of.
