DATE : November 07, 2019 Pursis has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating therein that despite efforts beings made the President of the petitioner-Society has not given any instructions in the matter. The challenge raised in the present writ petition is to the order cancelling the recognition of the Ashram School that was being conducted by the petitioner-Society on account of various deficiencies. By the order dated 01/01/2009 passed by the Commissioner, Tribal Development the recognition has been cancelled from the academic session 2008-2009. This order has been confirmed by the appellate Authority by virtue of its order dated 19/05/2009. While admitting the writ petition there was no interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner-Society. In view of these facts it appears that the petitioner-Society has lost interest in prosecuting the writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
