Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the entire investigation papers, wherein the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act are invoked, as well as the allegation of sexual assault, and therefore the offence was registered under Sections 376, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the entire investigation papers, we have shown our disinclination to entertain the application. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 2.
