DATED : 10-12-2020 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 214/2020 registered with Bajaj Nagar Police Station, Nagpur for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The crime is registered on the basis of report dated 06-10-2020 lodged by Mr. Deepak Pelne.

Five persons are implicated in the report. While four are named, the fifth one and who appears to have played a major role, is described as fat and bald person. 4.

During the interrogation and analysis of technical evidence in the form of CDR, the fat and bald person described in the report has turned out to be the applicant, is the prosecution version.

The material on record indicates that the accused

2 aba683.20 hatched a well thought criminal conspiracy to cheat gullible persons by inducing them to part with sizable amount/s assuring employment. Forged and fraudulent appointment orders are issued. In the entire conspiracy, the present applicant appears to have played an extremely significant role. It would not be appropriate to minutely consider and discuss the material in the case diary since the investigation is ongoing. However, suffice it to say that there is more than ample material on record to prima facie link the applicant with the crime. 6.

Custodial interrogation is indispensable. The applicant appears to be an extremely important link of the modus operandi and his interrogation would enable the prosecution to unravel the various aspects of the crime.

No case is made out for exercise of discretion. The application is dismissed.
