Apart from what we have noted in the orders dated 08/07/2025 and 11/08/2025, we find that petitioners have an alternative and effective remedy available under Section 175(3) of BNSS, which the petitioner is at liberty to avail. We intended to dispose of the petition with the aforesaid liberty, however, counsel for petitioner made a request to give him opportunity of hearing.

Opportunity is given by putting counsel to notice that unnecessary wastage of time of the Court will attract costs.

List in the week commencing on 22/09/2025."

2) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will avail alternative remedy. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
