NO. 1770/2019 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 29/11/2022 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 2 by way of paper publication. It is averred that, as per the application, the noticee could not be served due to want of correct address and the applicant states that there is no other address available.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.No. 2 by publishing a notice in daily newspaper "Sakal" which has wide circulation in Wardha in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice. In addition to service by RPAD is allowed.
