The prayer for the petitioner was to get detailed CDR of mobile of petitioner's deceased husband. Learned Addl.P.P. has submitted that the said CDR has already been filed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confirmed the same.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is given liberty to take appropriate steps in respect of CDR at the appropriate stage. JUDGE JUDGE !! BRW !!
