Learned A.G.P. has invited our attention to prayer clause and to array of respondents to show that order of status-quo, granted by this Court on 13.01.2003, cannot and could not assist the petitioner in any way. The basic document, namely the Caste Certificate itself was not issued to him by respondent

In this situation we dismiss the Writ Petition for want of prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
