None appears for the petitioner even today. There was no appearance even on 05.07.2018, when we have heard Shri N.R. Patil, learned A.G.P. for respondents, for some time.

Learned A.G.P. has invited our attention to prayer clause and to array of respondents to show that order of status-quo, granted by this Court on 13.01.2003, cannot and could not assist the petitioner in any way. The basic document, namely the Caste Certificate itself was not issued to him by respondent

Order 0907wp3252.02 no.2. Appeal preferred by him against that rejection is dismissed by respondent no.3 Scrutiny Committee. 3.

In this situation we dismiss the Writ Petition for want of prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
