The learned counsel for Petitioners orally submitted that the Petitioner No.1 has applied for appointment on various occasions, however, the same has been declined by Respondents by passing orders from time to time. If that be the grievance, it was necessary to place on record the orders of rejection and deal with the same. The petition does not annex a single representation or order of rejection.

The learned counsel for Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition to file a fresh petition placing on record the above correspondence and with necessary averments. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed.
