Direct the respondent no.1 Collector and Chairman of Promotion Committee Amravati to take immediate decision on the proposal dated 21-05-2018 (Annexure-VII) forwarded by respondent no.2 Chief Officer Municipal Council Shendurjana-Ghat Tq. Warud, Dist. Amravati to his office within time bound period in the interest of justice."
