According to Adv. Parchure, controversy is covered by judgment and order dated 14.9.2017 in Writ Petition No. 3057/2017. He submits that initial approval has been given by the Education Officer on 21.8.2014 and it has been cancelled by him only on 31.3.2017. 2.
