DATE : 02.09.2015 By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent nos.1 to 4 to release the monthly salary of the petitioners for the month of April, May and June, 2015. The petitioners also seek a direction to the respondent nos.1 to 4 to draw the salary of the petitioner on the first day of every month without fail as is envisaged in the Circular, dated 30.6.2011. The learned Counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the relief sought by the petitioners by prayer clause (A) stands granted inasmuch as the petitioners have received the salary for the month of April and May, 2015 after filing of the petition and for the month of June, 2015 yesterday only. It is stated that consistently there is a delay on the part of the respondent nos.1 to 4 to draw the salary of the petitioners. It is

0209wp4994.15.odt stated that the petitioners are put to a great inconvenience in view of the delayed payment of the salary.

Since the relief sought by the petitioners by prayer clause (A) stands granted, in view of the payment of the salary for the month of April, May and June, 2015, we dispose of the writ petition with a hope and trust that the respondent nos.1 to 4 would draw the salary of the petitioners at the commencement of the month without fail as the delayed payment really causes great inconvenience to the petitioners and the employees like them. Order accordingly. No costs.
