For the reasons stated in the application, the application is partly allowed.

The condition stipulated by this Court while granting bail to the applicant on 11/03/2016 that the applicant shall furnish the solvent surety either by father or mother or brother or sister of the applicant, is modified and substituted by the condition that now the applicant shall furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- only.

The application is disposed of as such.
