Shri D.N. Kukday, learned Counsel submitted that the appellant has already deposited the amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

In view of the statement made, the effect, operation and execution of the Award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1231/2011 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
