Learned counsel for the non-applicant / husband has no objection if the proceedings are allowed to be transferred from the Family Court at Nashik to the Family Court at Amravati.

In view of above, Misc. Civil Application No.828 of 2014 is allowed. The proceedings are transferred from the Family Court at Nashik to the Family Court at Amravati. There shall be no order as to costs.
