s or Judge'
s orders or directions and Registrar'

Shri P.S. Kshirsagar, Advocate for petitioners. Shri A.A. Madiwale, Assistant Government Pleader for respondent no.1.
Shri S.V. Sohoni, Advocate for respondent no.2. -------- CORAM : A.S. CHANDURKAR AND MRS.VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, JJ. DATED : JUNE 22, 2023 Challenge raised in the present petition is to the order dated 16/6/2023 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur. By the said order, the representations made by the petitioners objecting to their transfer have been considered and the orders of transfer have been maintained. It is seen that as per the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.1560/2023 on 11/4/2023, this Court had directed that the modalities prescribed by the Government Resolution dated 7/4/2021 would be followed. The impugned order indicates that if the petitioners are not satisfied with the decision, they can take recourse to Clause 5.10.2 of the said Government Resolution.
2) In view of the aforesaid, it will be necessary for the petitioners to first invoke the above remedy that has been provided in the Government Resolution dated 7/4/2021.
2206wp3827.23 2/2 Accordingly, if the petitioners approach the Divisional Commissioner under Clause 5.10.2 of the said Government Resolution within a period of seven days from today, the Divisional Commissioner shall consider such representation expeditiously and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks of receiving the same. This is for the reason that the academic session is to commence shortly. Keeping the points raised in the writ petition open for consideration, the writ petition is disposed of.
