Heard Shri Gadhia, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent no.1. Copy of the acknowledgment of receipt of private notice by respondent no.2 is produced before the Court by Shri Gadhia, learned Counsel for the petitioner. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
2) So far nobody has appeared for respondent no.2. However, considering the nature of limited prayer, we are inclined to take up this petition for final disposal by issuing rule for final disposal with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties present before the Court.
