The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the non-payment of her retiral dues. Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is entitled to receive an amount of Rs.2,25,734/- towards such dues.

In view of aforesaid, the respondent-Municipal Council is directed to release the petitioner's retiral dues within a period of three months and preferably by 15-6-2023.
