Present application is filed by respondent nos.1 and 2 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before this court. It appears that the total decreetal amount is deposited by the appellant.

In view of disposal of first appeal, there is no impediment in granting permission to respondent nos.1 and 2 to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. The respondent no.2 was given authority letter in favour of respondent no.1 to withdraw the amount. Authority letter on affidavit is taken on record.

In view of this, the application is allowed.

Respondent nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. Registry is directed
