CORAM :- ANIL S. KILOR and RAJNISH R. VYAS, JJ. DATE :- 25th NOVEMBER, 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, his crops were damaged due to menace of monkeys. He made several representation to the authorities concerned. Ultimately, vide communication dated 08.08.2023, issued by the office of the Collector, Yavatmal, the Tahsildar, Darwha was directed to submit necessary report. According to him, this communication dated 08.08.2023 is still not honoured.

Ms Khan, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 fairly pointed out that the report has been submitted by the authority but no action has been taken. If that is so, we direct the respondent no.2-District Collector to act on the report submitted by the Tahsildar pursuant to the communication dated 08.08.2023 within a period of twelve weeks from today. 3.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
