The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.6, on instructions, submits that the notice dated 6-6-2023 would be treated as a notice issued to the respondent No.6 with regard to the subject-property, which is Plot No.272, Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Co-operative Housing Society, Chhatrapati Nagar, Nagpur.
