After hearing Mrs. P.P. Chobe, learned counsel (appointed) for the petitioner and Shri N.R. Rode, learned APP for the respondents, it appears that the petitioner was released on parole during the pendency of this petition. He was supposed to report back on 27.08.2016, but has not done so till date.

In view of these facts, present petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.

The charges of counsel appointed for the petitioner are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
