DATED : 16.9.2019 1] The non-applicant volunteered to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- towards travel and other expenses for each date of attendance of the applicant before the Family Court, Nashik.

2] Since the aforesaid statement is made on instructions, same is accepted as an undertaking. 3] As consequences of above, the non-applicant shall forthwith deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- in the Family Court, Nashik in Divorce Petition No.A32/2018. He shall continue to deposit the amount as volunteered on each successive date till the divorce petition is decided finally.

4] On each date when the applicant attends the proceedings at Nashik, she shall be entitled to withdraw

2 mca560.18 the amount of Rs.10,000/- towards travel expenses for herself and one companion, lodging, boarding etc. 5] In view of the above, the prayer for transfer stands rejected. Miscellaneous civil application is rejected accordingly. No costs.
