Considering the grounds taken in the appeal, this application could be allowed conditionally. Application is allowed. The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court against an usual undertaking and remaining 25% amount against solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) to be furnished within four weeks from the date of the order.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
