Heard.
The applicants are in custody in connection with Crime 170 of 2018 registered at Police Station, Nagbhid for offence punishable under section 489(b) and 489(c) of the Indian Penal Code.
The submission of the learned counsel Shri S.V. Sirpurkar is that counterfeit currency amounting to Rs. 700/- is shown to have been used only by applicant Chandrakala and applicant Aarti. In so far as applicants Sangita, Bharat and Nalini, at least at this stage, it is not the case of the prosecution that they were found using the alleged counterfeit currency. Perusal of the case diary would broadly substantiate the said submission. In view of the material on record and the nature of the accusations against applicants Sangita Jadhav, Bharat Jadhav and Nalini Jadhav, I am inclined to release them on bail. In so far as the applicants Chandrakala Jadhav and Sau Aarti Pawar, they are at liberty to approach the Sessions Judge for bail after the investigation is concluded and the

The application is partly allowed.
The applicants Sangita Bharat Jadhav, Bharat Renukadas Jadhav and Nalini Renukadas Jadhav be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with a solvent surety of like amount.
The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall they attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
