In this petition, three orders passed by the Cooperative Court and three orders passed by the Appellate Court are challenged. Though parties are same, the subject matter of the three proceedings is different. The learned Advocate for the petitioners, on realizing the difficulty at the time of arguing the matter, sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file three separate petitions.

The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
