This is an application filed at the instance of respondent nos. 5 to 7 for placing subsequent events on record. Learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 7 submits that after the judgment of the lower Appellate Court, the suit property was sold to them by original defendant nos.1 and 2 and he desires to to bring on record this subsequent event.

The learned Advocate for the appellant does not seriously object to the same. Hence the Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The respondents 5 to 7 are allowed to bring the subsequent events on record.
