The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Additional Commissioner recording that the petitioner is liable to face enquiry under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958. The learned Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the enquiry is conducted and the petitioner is disqualified. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives in the petition. Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
