After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing disinclination to grant regular bail, the learned counsel for the applicant on instruction seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

Learned counsel for the applicant requests to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial. He further seeks a liberty to move a fresh application in case there will be no progress in trial in near future.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application.

Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant and the fact that trial is not yet commenced, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
