This is an application for condonation of delay of 662 days for filing restoration application against respondent Nos.4-A to 4-C, 6, 7 and 8. Civil Application (F) No.2645/2017:

This application is filed for restoration of the appeal against respondent Nos.4-A to 4-C, 6, 7 and 8. Both these applications are allowed.

The delay is condoned and the appeal is restored against respondent Nos.4-A to 4-C, 6, 7 and 8. Civil Application (F) Nos.2639/2017 And 2640/2017:

This is an application for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the restoration application and

fa874.14.O.odt 2 for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent Nos.2 and 3 on record.

Shri A.S. Shukla, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the legal heirs of respondent Nos.2 and 3 as legal representative of deceased respondent No.4-A to 4-C.

Hence, both these applications are allowed.

The appellant is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the title cause.
