R. Deshapande, Advocate for the petitioner Shri R. P. Dixit, Advocate for the respondent No.1 Ms Geeta Tiwari, A.G.P. for the respondent No.2 CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.

DATED : 18 th June 2019 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1482 OF 2019 By this application the respondent prays that in the order dated 4th June 2019 the date "10 July 2019" is required to be corrected as "10th June 2019". Looking to the tenor of order dated 4th June 2019, specially the fact that notice is made returnable on 2nd July 2019, the date "10th July 2019" appears to be because of typographical error and it should have been "10th June 2019". However, as 10th June 2019 has already passed, it is directed that interim order shall continue if the petitioner deposits the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court till 25th June 2019.

Civil application is allowed accordingly.

2 wp1796.2019 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1486 of 2019 As the interim order dated 4th June 2019 was passed after hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner, I see no reason to grant the prayer made in this application.

Civil application is dismissed. No costs.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1551 of 2019 The prayer made by the petitioner, as per Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, seeking permission to implead respondent Nos.3 and 4, is rejected.

2] The prayer made by the petitioner under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, to amend the petition and add paragraph Nos.23-A, 23-B, 23-C and 24-B is allowed.

Civil application is disposed accordingly. No costs.
