DATE : April 12, 2016 Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. The reasons for delay are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants on the ground that the reasons assigned are not sufficient. However, considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application, the delay is condoned subject to applicant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced, for the period from 11/12/2012 till 09/07/2015.

Civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
