Heard Shri R.D. Karode, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri A.K. De, learned counsel for the respondents.

Perused the order dated 20.12.2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 5294 of 2016. In the light of said order and financial condition of respondent Nos. 1 & 2, respondent Nos. 1 & 2 have filed short submission on affidavit enclosing therewith certain documents. Shri Karode, learned counsel submits that accepting the respective statement on affidavits, writ petition may be disposed of in terms thereof. Accordingly, in view of the statement about Mir Farhat Ali and Tanzim Kaisar Khan contained in their short submissions dated 19.12.2016 and recording the same as undertaking to this Court, we make the rule absolute in terms thereof.
